What is your favourite subject to study in school? My favourite subject is mathematics. I feel proud of myself every time that I’ve solved some hard problems. Which is the thing you miss most about Thailand? I miss Thai food because it has a unique spicy and sour taste which is the taste that I feel familiar with. It is the taste that I've grown up with. Finnish food is also my favourite too. Every meal is rich in nutrients. That's what I like! What is one special part of Thai culture that you would like to share with Finns? Thai people are extremely polite and we have our own ways of showing res- pect. We use the gesture called “wai”, a Thai traditional custom to show res- pect to people. When talking with each other, we have words that indicate a person’s age: “pee” is used before an older person’s name to show respect, and “nong” for somebody younger than them.
